I rented the van for a week with friends and the sink was blocked and did not clear out properly, the fridge never worked we ended up losing 100$ worth food.The agency never helped except by telling us to go to a garage …The best ? They kept the bail without telling us after the checkout, because of some obscure reason that they cannot even prove.Stay away from this agency if you don’t want to spend 900$ for damages you did not do

I would like to inform you about our disappointing experience with the rental of your recreational vehicle (RV) Indies Campers . The malfunctioning of the unit greatly affected our trip and leisure activities. Allow me to share with you the issues we encountered right from the beginning of our VR pickup.Firstly, upon our initial inspection, we noticed damages to the vehicle's bodywork. We had to use adhesive tape to secure the rear bumper and repair a broken side marker. Additionally, we had to take the time to remove spider webs from the interior, indicating a lack of preparation and cleanliness of the unit.Regarding the refrigerator, we discovered that the freezer door was missing, rendering it unusable. When we asked questions about the VR, we were directed to a video explaining its operation. However, the video did not address all of our concerns. Furthermore, the video mentioned that tools would be provided in case of any issues, but unfortunately, they were not available. Similarly, the video stated that we would receive two keys, which would have been convenient, but once again, we only received one.We also noticed that the battery had a charge level of only 11.5 volts. We were informed that this was due to the late arrival of the unit and insufficient time for proper recharging. However, it turned out that the battery was defective, preventing it from recharging properly. This issue required us to stay at campgrounds every night, resulting in unexpected itinerary changes and additional costs.In terms of the VR's functionality, we experienced a malfunctioning kitchen faucet and a non-functional wardrobe shelf. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with these issues, I was simply told that if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel the rental. This response was disappointing and contributed to my decision not to ask further questions.Upon our first stop, we were also forced to purchase AdBlue, as the warning indicator activated after just a short distance. Additionally, we had to buy adhesive tape to secure the bumper and both rear lights. Lastly, when we attempted to lie down in the VR's bed, we were surprised to find that the lack of support slats made the bed non-functional and directed us towards the lower part of the vehicle. Even though we may not understand all the lyrics of the songs, as avid travelers, it would have been pleasant to have a functional radio, but unfortunately, there was no antenna.As owners of a VR that we regularly use independently in Canada, and considering my professional experience in this field, as well as the enjoyment my partner and I derive from VR trips, we have had the opportunity to rent VRs in different countries. However, this experience with your company has been by far the worst we have encountered. I have attached some photos to illustrate the issues mentioned above. I was able to repair the shower faucet and the propane system chimney for the refrigerator myself since they were also defective. We hope that you will take these problems into account and implement appropriate measures to improve the quality of your services.Sincerely,

Great company to deal with, any query we had was answered really quickly. We picked up from Lisbon, everything was explained to us when we picked up the van, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Van in great condition, with everything we needed. Would highly recommend. We travelled as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and 2 year old, and had the best time. Our 2 boys just loved it. Our only regret was not booking it for longer.

Terrible experience. I rent a camping car in July 2019, the agency will rent you a vehicle for an important amount, then after they let you alone. If you have any question, they simply do not respond to your phone calls. They do not help you with tolls, details of your camping car, etc. They have no sense of service. I advise you to avoid this company.
