Extremely disappointing about the customer experience. I rented the van for a week with friends and the sink was blocked and did not clear out properly, the fridge never worked we ended up losing 100$ worth food.The agency never helped except by telling us to go to a garage …The best ? They kept the bail without telling us after the checkout, because of some obscure reason that they cannot even prove.Stay away from this agency if you don’t want to spend 900$ for damages you did not do
