Outstanding service! I went here after my brand new Samsonite Volante polycarbonate hardside suitcase was cracked by RyanAir, which I did not notice until many days later. Took it in here and used my halting Portuguese to communicate.He said he could probably fix it and it would cost between 10-15 euro (my alternative was spending 50-150 for a new suitcase). Came back 5 days later and it was done. He said he also put some material on the inside to reinforce it. I could feel it under the fabric. I had done research on this when I considered fixing it myself, so I knew this is the correct way to do the job.It is upstairs in the building (there is an elevator). There is a small sign on the side of the doorway, but is easy to miss.This is absolutely the place to go if you have luggage issues that may be fixable.O melhor servico de reparacao no Porto para baggagem! Again, it was amazing work ! Not only did they add a new hard plate to secure both the feet, they also replaced the plastic plate that the pull handle was attached to, making it more secure. Total cost 15 euro ! These guys are absolutely amazing. Great craftsmanship and customer service.
