Ordered two DUO+ trackers. One works perfectly well while the other unit does not connect to the cradle correctly and also did not record anything like accurate GPS recordings.I reported this to them after 2 days of delivery. They are refusing to send me a replacement unit and are blaming it on firmware. Strange how one device works on the same firmware. Either way, firmware or hardware the fact is I have paid for 2 units and only one of them is working. I'm also fairly certain firmware updates will not address the constant issue of the device falling out of the cradleLooking at other reviews it seems the message is clear… shoddy hardware and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've asked several times for a replacement unit and the request is simply refused....BUYER BEWAREAlthough Findster responded below (5 months later), they did not resolve the situation at all. In fact I had to make a claim against them on my credit card company as they point-blank refused a refund or replacement. Awful customer service.
