My experience with this company (as a client) has been terrible and absolutely sub-par.After visiting the company in person in November 2021, we have had a fairly good conversation with Joao who took us on as a client. We left a piece of clothing as an example and have sent the technical instructions for the production of our product shortly after.Today (24th of August 2022!!! - ) we still haven't received anything. Even further it seems it's too much to reply to our emails. I still haven't received a reply to my last email from 16th of May 2022 (14 weeks ago).In my last eMail I have asked for our property (the piece of clothing we left) to be returned and have expressed my concerns about working with this company.Their response: nothing.silence.While I'm not a fan of negative public reviews. I am not receiving any response to my eMails....Unfortunately I can not recommend INARBEL.
