Loja Interativa Porto Welcome Center

Very much disappointing experience. They call themselves a tourist center, but in fact it is just an agency who is trying to sell their stuff. I asked to help me to call to the certain winery to check the availability as I don't have local simcard, they refused saying that they can call only to their wineries. Also to most of my questions they just referred to the Internet, so basically I should just check the information myself. I don't understand why call yourself tourist center if you don't help tourists and ask them check everything by themselves???
