This company is avoiding all costs of the service failure.The luxury furniture that I ordered came with damages. It's so obvious that the damages occurred during the packaging process, not the delivery, because the boxes and wrappings around the furniture pieces were in perfect condition. The company is avoiding to acknowledge the obvious facts.The furniture was manufactured in very poor quality. The mirror arrived, not the original one. The ring does not spin around and makes a terrible squeaky noise.All the furniture details were so poorly, that it looks like Chinese factory work. I have a bunch of problems with damaged furniture and zero communication or solutions from the company. Avoid at all costs to save your time and money. Not to mention that I was waiting on the order for over a year instead of the 12 weeks promise.
