Pena Aventura

Big park with lots of activities but not all of them operate all year long (such as the rafting, available only in the winter). We couldn’t order all the activities online so we bought some of them through the tickets box (closed between 13-14:00). I bought some of the activities online but never received my tickets although my card was charged. I checked at the ticket box but they didn’t see my order so I had to buy again. I sent an email to their office I hope I will get a refund on my lost order.The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English and Spanish so we could manage easily.There is a small cafeteria with hamburgers and sandwiches with fair prices (menu is ~9€ drinks included but don’t expect much…)My kids loved the flying zip line and the alpine coaster. The karting is small and a bit boring, more suitable for young kids. Overall we had a nice experience.
