Cask Beer
I’m not one for googling what’s around, so I tend to come across places through our endless walks through different areas of the city we visit. Another craft beer place that we happened upon has a cask beer engine available which drew my attention first, though it was not on when I visited.It has a great little outside area in a riverside neighbourhood on outskirts of the city centre. With about 12 taps, it has a great selection of beers on, varying styles, mostly foreign. It also acts as a bottle shop so a really good selection of cans and bottles are also available. I wanted the Hungarian sour, but it ended so I was more than happy with my alternative, a Duchess de Bourgogne. Really enjoyed it here. Owner very friendly.I am so happy to see real craft beer venues springing up in Portugal. Historically, there has bean a dearth of them, so it’s nice to see Portugal catching up.
