I found the best bread in Braga. A small bakery where Maria and Amadeo have been baking bread daily for 33 years.I declare myself a bread fanatic. Few foods are so simple, delicious, and versatile. And I am also guilty of shopping daily in supermarkets, simply for the sake of convenience and practicality.And although the supermarkets here I feel have pretty decent bread, today I found an artisan bakery that has, for me, the best bread I've tasted so far in Braga. And I was lucky enough to taste the best Bijou I've ever tasted, and hot. Fresh out of the oven.Maria and Amadeo have been making their daily bread for 33 years in their Padaria Boutique". A small and very typical bakery that is quite hidden near Parque da Ponte. It opens every day at 6am and you can see right there how Amadeo makes the bread by hand.Maria told me that they have always been there
