TILE PAINTING WORKSHOP

Highly recommended! Agostinha is an amazing instructor and the whole experience was so much fun!My 7-year old daughter and I wanted to do something unique to Portugal and maybe bring home a souvenir that is different from what you can get from the generic tourist shops. We decided to try tile painting.When we came in my daughter was immediately captivated by Agostinha's patient and charismatic storytelling. The port wine was tasty and for non-drinks she provided some delicious Duoro Valley grapes. In my opinion, what raised the bar for whole experience beyond a generic class was Agostinha's personality. The stories she shared about Porto culture, the people and their situation and her favorite places provided us with a different context and understanding of this beautiful city and the people that live there.I highly recommend her class to anyone and you don't have to be artistically inclined to enjoy it.
