I used one of the washing machines this morning. We put the money €9.50. Then we chose the program. As there was a mistake with the temperature, I wanted to change it but couldn't. One of the clients suggested press Stop button. The machine stopped working.I called the number which is in the Laundry. The man answered the phone said once the Stop button was pressed. The program stops. I asked how to restart the program as the washing hasn't started yet. The guy said I had to pay again.The label on the machine says if the Stop button is pressed, the program will stop. As the machine has not even started washing why can't I change the temperature.I told the guy that this is CHEATING. The label does not say I need to pay again once I press the Stop button.At home one can change the washing program or temperature, why a professional laundry doesn't allow you to do so.
